Lily D Publishing is an independent publishing studio dedicated to creating and supporting clear, approachable, beautifully produced books.
We began with a focus on mortgages, homeownership, and financial education — helping everyday people understand complex topics without overwhelm — and have grown into a full-service publishing brand that supports both fiction and nonfiction authors across a wide range of subjects.
Whether we are publishing our own titles or helping independent authors bring their books to life, our mission is the same:
to make ideas easier to understand, stories easier to share, and books easier to bring into the world.

Meet the Founder
Lily Dominguez
Author • Mortgage Loan Originator • Speaker
Lily Dominguez is an author, mortgage loan originator, and the founder of Lily D Publishing.
Her first book, The Mortgage Mindset, grew out of her experience helping people navigate one of the most confusing parts of homeownership: the mortgage process. She later released the Spanish-language edition, La Mentalidad Hipotecaria, to make that education accessible to an even broader audience.
Today, Lily combines her experience in mortgage lending, publishing, and education through books, speaking engagements, interviews, and community conversations designed to make complex topics easier to understand.
She is also the creator of The Speaks Human System™, her approach to explaining mortgages in clear, practical language people can actually use.
